Reader : 9/2/1999> Years ago I had surgery done to enlarge my penis. I had the fat injection done,which I wish I,ve never done.Most of the fat is gone and my penis stayed somewhat lumpy.What can I do to smooth out the lumps? whould exercise help to smooth out the lumps? Now I am scared to have sex because of the lumps on my penis. I am very sad.Please help. Thank you. 9/2/99 Dr. Lin: 9/3/1999> I am terrible sorry to hear your experience. The lumps may be the surgery scars or the fat noduli. Ask a doctor to use CT-Scan to detail inside. If they are surgery scars, nothing can solve the problem. If they are fat noduli, discuss with your doctor about removing it or reconstructing your penis. Once you had the penile enlargement surgery, the delicate, elastic, spongy penile tissue was destroyed and the penile structure is deformed. There is no way to restore it. The scars inside the penis deformed the erection. Minor penile damage can be restored by Massage as described in /cases/case1.htm |
