I have a great sex life with my girlfriend she has encredible orgasms every time Ive studied your methods and am able to last for as long as i wish.During sex i contract my anus and stay rock hard.However i believe this is part of my problem i cant seem to relax my penis and get enough sensation to climax unless I am in controll.This is a major concern of mine and my girlfriend.
